Start with one useful question
Choose a real customer or audience question. A strong source idea gives the rest of the content a clear purpose and reduces generic output.
Create the long-form source first
Write the article or detailed answer before generating smaller pieces. That source becomes the reference for summaries, FAQ answers, captions and discussion prompts.
Repurpose by format, not by copy-paste
A short post should lead with one insight. An FAQ should answer one question directly. A community prompt should invite experience or disagreement. Each format needs a different job.
Keep a human review step
Check facts, remove repetition, fix claims that sound stronger than the evidence and add specific examples from the business. AI can accelerate drafting but should not be the final quality control.
Measure what creates return visits
Track which articles lead to discussion, which discussion topics produce replies and which questions repeat. Use those signals to decide what to create next.
