Because Xender Secrets offers custom services and may offer digital products, cancellation and refund eligibility can depend on what was purchased and whether work or delivery has begun.

Custom services

Any cancellation, milestone or refund terms for a custom project should be confirmed in the written quotation or project agreement before payment. Where no specific terms have yet been agreed, contact us before making payment if you need clarification.

Digital products

Any product-specific refund or replacement terms will be shown with the applicable offer before purchase. This page does not promise a refund where no sale terms have been agreed.

Problems with an order

If you believe a delivered item or service differs materially from what was agreed, contact us with the relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.
