Xender Secrets is GST-registered (GSTIN 06IQFPS4456B1ZP), so you receive a proper tax invoice; GST-registered businesses can usually claim the GST as input tax credit — confirm with your CA.
No. There is no compulsory maintenance or retainer. You pay only for hosting or a domain if your setup needs them, and only for support if you choose it.
